Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous Kitchen Manager experience.
• Someone who gets things done – has superb time management skills and isn't afraid to hustle
• Fluent in great routines when it comes to food safety, food quality, and presentation
• Demonstrated ability in leading 30+ team members to win every day.
• Provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them coming back.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Open to working closing shifts – total of 48 to 50 hours per week.
