Our client is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their team to lead the development and coordination of their Asset Strategy projects. This includes corporate interiors, tenant improvements, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, industrial buildings, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners.

Architectural Project Manager – Asset Strategy Benefits and Compensation

  • Base salary of $95-115k

Architectural Project Manager – Asset Strategy Requirements:

  • BS in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum of 8 years’ asset strategy experience working in the field of Interior Design or Architecture and at least 3+ years of project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, material applications, and sustainable practices, including LEED and integrated design.
  • Proficient in technical design tools and techniques, including Revit, AutoCAD, and the production of detailed plans, drawings, and models.
  • Experienced in construction administration and contract administration, with strong knowledge of AIA documents, contract types, and project delivery.
  • Well-versed in building codes, Life Safety codes, ADA requirements, and building systems.
  • Skilled in project management and planning tools, including Deltek Vision/VantagePoint, HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Office suite.

Architectural Project Manager – Asset Strategy Responsibilities:

  • Project & Technical Management: Lead scheduling, resource planning, and project tracking using Deltek; conduct quality reviews, manage documentation, and coordinate training for tools like Revit and MS Office.
  • Financial & Contract Oversight: Develop scopes, fees, and RFPs; manage project setup, budgeting, billing, and consultant contracts to meet financial performance goals.
  • Client Engagement: Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships, providing regular updates, and supporting construction bidding and contracts.
  • Business Development: Support proposals, interviews, and marketing efforts; grow professional networks and contribute to strategic business planning and leadership
