Our client, a boutique, client-focused wealth management firm is seeking an Investment Advisory Associate to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a senior advisor and develop into an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) over time.

This role offers a strong mix of financial planning, client interaction, and portfolio support within a collaborative, high-touch environment.

What You’ll Do

Support financial planning and retirement strategies
Assist with portfolio analysis and reporting
Participate in client meetings and relationship management
Conduct investment research and support planning recommendations

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in financial services
Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or client service
Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related)
Strong communication skills and interest in client-facing work
Licensing (Series 7/65/63) or willingness to obtain
