Assistant General Manager | $70–80K + Bonus | Growth Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-energy, high-volume setting
Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
Help drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence across all shifts
Uphold and enforce systems, standards, and company expectations
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall team performance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven restaurant management experience with strong tenure and career progression
A people-first leader who enjoys coaching and building high-performing teams
Strong operational knowledge with a focus on structure, standards, and execution
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability
