This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for curation, a deep network across arts, culture, fashion, and wellness, and the ability to execute elevated, detail-driven experiences.
This is a hands-on role within a high-touch, member-driven environment, requiring both creative vision and operational precision.
Key Responsibilities
Event Programming & Execution
- Develop and execute a robust calendar of in-house and off-site events, including cultural programming, performances, panels, wellness activations, and exclusive experiences
- Oversee all event logistics from concept through execution, including vendor coordination, run-of-show, and on-site management
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experience
- Analyze post-event performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
Partnership Development
- Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships across arts, culture, fashion, design, and wellness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, creators, brands, and industry leaders
- Source and coordinate speakers, performers, and collaborators for events and special programming
Marketing & Member Engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute event communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social content
- Oversee RSVP systems, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback
- Ensure all programming aligns with brand voice, tone, and elevated service standards
Operations & Administration
- Manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets and cost controls are met
- Maintain accurate records of vendor, sponsor, and talent agreements
- Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency, reporting, and overall execution
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in event programming, partnerships, experiential marketing, or luxury hospitality
- Proven experience executing high-end events and building strategic partnerships
- Strong network within New York City’s arts, culture, fashion, or wellness communities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of taste, curation, and brand alignment
- A relationship builder who thrives in high-touch environments
- Someone who can both conceptualize and execute—not just delegate
- Professional, discreet, and confident working with high-profile clientele
- A “builder” mindset with the ability to create structure and elevate programming
