We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Clinician (APRN, RN, or PA) to join a high-end, established MedSpa environment known for advanced treatments and exceptional client care. Requirements & Qualifications:
- Licensed APRN, Registered Nurse (RN), or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Active state licensure and applicable certifications
- CPR certification
- Preferred experience in aesthetic medicine and/or medical dermatology
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
Must Haves:
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and safety
- Conduct in-depth client consultations, including full H&P and customized treatment planning
- Deliver advanced skin treatments including resurfacing, tightening, and rejuvenation using FDA-cleared devices
- Assess client candidacy and confidently decline inappropriate treatments when necessary
- Build long-term client relationships focused on natural-looking, high-quality outcomes
- Stay current on regenerative aesthetic techniques and emerging treatments
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with lasers, RF microneedling, or other advanced aesthetic devices
- Background in a high-end MedSpa or dermatology practice
- Strong aesthetic eye with a conservative, natural approach to enhancements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence
- Desire to continuously learn and expand skillset in aesthetics
