We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Clinician (APRN, RN, or PA) to join a high-end, established MedSpa environment known for advanced treatments and exceptional client care. Requirements & Qualifications:

Licensed APRN, Registered Nurse (RN), or Physician Assistant (PA)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Active state licensure and applicable certifications
CPR certification
Preferred experience in aesthetic medicine and/or medical dermatology
Strong understanding of facial anatomy

Must Haves:

Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and safety
Conduct in-depth client consultations, including full H&P and customized treatment planning
Deliver advanced skin treatments including resurfacing, tightening, and rejuvenation using FDA-cleared devices
Assess client candidacy and confidently decline inappropriate treatments when necessary
Build long-term client relationships focused on natural-looking, high-quality outcomes
Stay current on regenerative aesthetic techniques and emerging treatments

Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with lasers, RF microneedling, or other advanced aesthetic devices
Background in a high-end MedSpa or dermatology practice
Strong aesthetic eye with a conservative, natural approach to enhancements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence
Desire to continuously learn and expand skillset in aesthetics
