We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Restaurant Category Manager – Direct Procurement to support a growing QSR brand. This individual will play a key role in managing food procurement categories, with a strong focus on proteins, while driving cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment.

Restaurant Procurement Manager Requirements:
- 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
- Must have fast food (QSR) experience (no full-service backgrounds)
- Strong expertise in protein sourcing
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
- Data-driven with strong analytical and communication skills
- Based in or near the Tampa market
Restaurant Procurement Manager Job Description:
- Own end-to-end category management across direct food procurement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent performance and quality
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing, especially within protein categories
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and finance teams
- Analyze spend data and translate insights into actionable strategies
