Job Title: General Manager

Location: Charleston, SC

A well-established, high-volume specialty retail and confectionery concept in the heart of Charleston is seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and has a passion for team development, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on service and product quality
Drive sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and local marketing initiatives
Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation to maintain brand standards
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve profitability goals
Create a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability and engagement

Qualifications:

2+ years of General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager experience in retail, fast casual, QSR, bakery, or specialty food concepts preferred
High-energy leadership style with a hands-on approach
Proven track record of driving sales and managing P&L
Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
