District Manager Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:

Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
Experience overseeing 4–10 locations with full accountability for performance
Strong ability to drive sales, manage labor and food cost, and improve store-level KPIs
Experience developing General Managers and building leadership bench strength
Hands-on leadership style with consistent in-store presence
Ability to analyze store performance and implement actionable improvements
Track record of improving execution, speed of service, and guest experience
Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts across multiple locations
Maintain brand standards, food safety compliance, and operational consistency
Partner with leadership on local marketing and sales-driving initiatives

District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in sandwich/QSR or high-volume, process-driven concepts
Background working within franchise systems and brand standards
Experience with new store openings or supporting market growth
Strong systems and reporting experience (POS, labor tools, scheduling platforms)
High energy, strong communicator, and people-first leader
