National Manager – Industrial Wear (Remote)

A growing, international industrial solutions provider is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead national sales efforts within wear protection and equipment reliability solutions. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand key accounts across multiple heavy industrial sectors. This position requires approximately 60% travel and is ideally suited for candidates based in the Midwest, though strong candidates nationwide will be considered.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within equipment protection, reliability solutions, or maintenance-related products/services
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including team development and performance management
  • Strong understanding of heavy industrial environments such as manufacturing, materials processing, energy, or similar sectors
  • Proven ability to engage with plant-level decision-makers (maintenance, engineering, operations, procurement)
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a national sales team, driving performance and revenue growth
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives across key industrial sectors including manufacturing, materials processing, and equipment-intensive environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Deliver solution-based sales approaches, tailoring offerings to customer operational needs
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Partner with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and brand growth initiatives
