What You’ll Do
- Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing service team
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Partner with the General Manager to drive financial performance and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Solid understanding of service standards, guest recovery, and floor management
- Financial acumen and comfort with labor and cost controls
- Professional, adaptable, and hospitality-driven mindset
