We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chef de Cuisine to lead a high-end culinary team in an upscale dining environment. This is a hands-on role for a chef with both creative vision and operational expertise, responsible for executing an elevated guest dining experience while managing kitchen operations, staff, and budgets. This position reports to the Corporate Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in all culinary operations and service execution
  • Develop, maintain, and innovate menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and budgets to achieve financial goals
  • Hire, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, upscale, or fine dining kitchens
  • Strong culinary creativity and ability to innovate menus
  • Proven experience managing kitchen operations, food costs, and inventory
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Knowledge of modern cooking techniques, plating, and presentation
