We are seeking a polished and service-driven Restaurant / Floor Manager to join a premier luxury hotel in Minneapolis. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-end dining environment.

As a key member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure seamless service execution, and help drive both team performance and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring a smooth and elevated guest experience
  • Maintain and enforce high service standards consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
  • Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house team members, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Drive guest engagement, handle service recovery, and build strong guest relationships
  • Partner with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
  • Monitor floor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions in real time
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of management experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant or hotel environment
  • Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering high-touch guest experiences
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in high-volume, high-standard environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage programs is a plus
