An established and growing Accounting Technology firm is looking for a CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST to join the team and make an immediate impact by managing front end organization and supporting in-office events.

The ideal CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST will bring 3+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, and/or events and bring the professional polish to support executive guests at the firm.

Five days are expected in office from 7:30-3:30.

CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent company as first point of contact for visitors and visiting executives.
Coordinate & support in-office events to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage office meals, deliveries, and light facilities duties.

CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS

3+ years in corporate reception, hospitality and/or events.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills in corporate environment.
Basic computer software package understanding.
