General Manager

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of general manager experience in high-volume QSR or fast casual environments
Proven success managing $2M+ in annual revenue
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Hands-on experience with P&L management and cost controls
High school diploma required; college degree preferred

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Burger King brand experience
Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-pressure settings
Results-driven and passionate about developing talent
Strong communication skills with a focus on accountability and team morale

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations for efficiency, quality, and service speed
Maintain Burger King brand standards for food safety and cleanliness
Manage P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive sales growth
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and engagement
Ensure prompt and friendly guest service while quickly resolving concerns
Monitor financial and guest satisfaction KPIs and implement improvement plans
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations and maintain a safe work environment
