Director of Operations-Independent Supported Living (ISL) Services

💰 $70,000 – $100,000 (flexible based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple supportive living homes
- Oversee and support house managers, supervisors, and direct care teams
- Ensure compliance with all DMH/state regulations, audits, and documentation standards
- Maintain oversight of:
- ISP/BSP implementation
- MARs and medical documentation
- Staff scheduling and coverage across 24/7 shifts
- Drive accountability, performance, and team development
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Partner closely with executive leadership on staffing, budgeting, and overall operations
What We’re Looking For
Prior Director-level experience in ISL / IDD / supportive living
Strong knowledge of DMH regulations, audits, and compliance
Hands-on leadership style- comfortable being in homes and working alongside teams
Experience managing multiple locations or residential programs
Familiarity with:
- ISP / BSP
- MARs
- Medical and compliance documentation
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, 24/7 care environment

- Strong track record of team leadership, accountability, and retention
- Experience managing state-funded programs and budgets
