We’re seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Executive Chef to join our culinary leadership team at a premier, high-volume fine dining restaurant in Beverly Hills. Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus aligned with guest expectations and market trends
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve overall food and service excellence
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Source and manage high-quality, seasonal ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Lead, train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff to deliver exceptional execution
  • Maintain a high-performance kitchen culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and excellence

Executive Chef Qualifications

  • 5+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine-dining, high-volume environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, upscale restaurant settings
  • Strong balance of creativity and operational discipline
  • Professional culinary or hospitality education preferred (Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field)
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development, cost control, and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
