Our client is looking for a new Hotel General Manager for their full-service hotel with an award-winning restaurant!

General Manager Requirements:

4-6 years of prior General Manager experience in a full-service hotel
Hands-on, servant leader
Able to handle and engage with guests and the community
Previous sales experience preferred

General Manager Responsibilities:

Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
Handling all guest issues
Ensure a safe and fun working environment for all
Hiring, training, and developing a robust and cohesive team

General Manager Benefits:

Attainable bonus of up to 20%
Two weeks of paid vacation
Medical, dental, and vision plans – employer pays 50%
Retirement plan
Relocation assistance + temporary housing for up to 60 days

Salary Range: $90K-$110K
