GENERAL MANAGER

This opportunity is for a polished, upscale casual restaurant located in Westhampton Beach, offering a refined yet approachable dining experience with strong year-round business and seasonal upside.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service environment

• Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure exceptional guest experience

• Manage financial performance including labor, cost control, and budgeting

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational execution

• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve performance

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards

• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience or 5+ years in senior restaurant leadership

• Proven success in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments

• Strong P&L management and financial acumen

• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, polished environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality

• Experience in upscale casual or experience-driven concepts preferred
