We are looking for a fire suppression sales representative to support growth in the Austin region. This role is focused on driving fire services sales, installations, and deficiency work across new and existing commercial accounts.
Responsibilities include prospecting new business, cross-selling and upselling to existing clients, and partnering closely with regional sales teams and operations. This position will focus on mid-market commercial accounts, helping expand service and installation work while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The role requires a consultative sales approach, identifying strategic opportunities, supporting team selling efforts, and contributing to overall revenue growth, rmr, and market expansion. you will also participate in sales and operations meetings, track performance, and provide reporting and forecasts to leadership.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, solid knowledge of the fire sprinkler industry, and the ability to build relationships and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include 5+ years of experience in the commercial fire sprinkler industry, experience selling to contractors and commercial customers, and a valid driver’s license.
