Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 2–5 years marketing experience (hospitality, entertainment, or sports preferred)
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Experience with digital ads and email marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Graphic design (Canva or Adobe)
- Photography/video editing
- Experience marketing sports, restaurants, or entertainment venues
- Knowledge of the pickleball community in Arizona
