Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-2 years Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume setting
- Highly polished and professional
- Exhibit strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Must have food and alcohol training certified (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively connect with all team members and guests.
- Must be 21
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
- Capable of standing/walking for up to 8 hours per shift and Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Adapt to working in both warm and cool environments, both indoors and outdoors.
- Tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic.
- Be prepared to handle potential allergens, including peanut products, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish.
