General Manager QSR Requirements & Qualifications:

3+ years of titled General Manager or Operating Partner leadership experience
QSR, fast-casual or casual dining experience
Ownership mentality – treat your location like you own it
Excellent integrity and character
P&L, budgeting and cost control
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work any schedule
Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for genuine employee relations, coaching and training
