High Volume Chef | Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a scratch-cooking environment
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
- Strong focus on kitchen operations with an emphasis on scratch cooking and consistent quality
- Ability to foster a positive, high-energy environment with a "whatever it takes" attitude
- Ensure precision and consistency in all aspects of food preparation, portioning, and presentation
- Hands-on management style – lead by example, “elbow to elbow”
- Must pass a background check and drug screen post-offer
