Industrial Electrician Benefits & Compensation:

Industrial Electrician Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; electrician schooling or apprenticeship a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or comparable electrical roles preferred
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work any shift (8-hour, no rotation) and overtime as needed
  • Must pass a drug screen and maintain a clean background
  • Experience with AC/DC overhead cranes, wound rotor/DC motors, AC/DC drives, hydraulic systems, and large machine tool controls is valued

Industrial Electrician Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment and systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Safely navigate the plant environment, including heights and uneven surfaces
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Support housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
  • Adapt to changing job responsibilities and priorities as needed
