Industrial Electrician Benefits & Compensation:

Industrial Electrician Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; electrician schooling or apprenticeship a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or comparable electrical roles preferred
Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
Ability to work any shift (8-hour, no rotation) and overtime as needed
Must pass a drug screen and maintain a clean background
Experience with AC/DC overhead cranes, wound rotor/DC motors, AC/DC drives, hydraulic systems, and large machine tool controls is valued

Industrial Electrician Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment and systems
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
Safely navigate the plant environment, including heights and uneven surfaces
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
Adapt to changing job responsibilities and priorities as needed
