Restaurant Area Director Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit experience in Casual dining with 3 plus locations
  • Ability to work on your feet with positivity and enthusiasm
  • A natural passion for people development and growth
  • Strong financial acumen and focus on customer service, driving sales and controlling costs
  • Passionate about building a positive company culture and upholding brand standards
  • Big Picture thinker and experienced in promoting company growth
  • Flexible, adaptable, and strong communication skills
