Civil Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
2–4 years of experience in civil engineering or related roles
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Ability to analyze complex data and design projects with a focus on safety and sustainability
Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of environmental impact, safety, and risk management practices
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Civil Engineer Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Experience in land development, water/wastewater/drainage)
Experience managing diverse civil engineering projects
