Executive Pastry Chef Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary $80,000–$90,000 with generous bonus program

Executive Pastry Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef with strong, stable tenures
- Expert in delivering exceptional food quality and kitchen execution
- Coach/Mentor mindset
- Energetic presence with a passion for hospitality and teaching
- Comfortable leading guest-facing cooking classes
Executive Pastry Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Valid food handler card and reliable field transportation
- Hands-on mindset—this is not an office role
- Desire to live and work in a remote, scenic location
