Assistant General Manager – Award-Winning Polished Casual Restaurant | Phoenix, AZ
We're partnering with an award-winning restaurant group to identify an exceptional Assistant General Manager for one of its high-volume restaurants.
This company has built a strong reputation through scratch cooking, outstanding hospitality, investing in its people and promoting talented leaders from within.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS:
- Base salary DOE $85K – $90K
- Monthly bonus – $25K+ per year

GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of titled Assistant General Manager experience
- Currently leading a full-service, upscale casual concept
- Experience leading operations within a corporate restaurant environment
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with labor management, scheduling and continuous taem development
- Experience with restaurant technologies such as POS, HotSchedules, MS Office, inventory management systems, purchasing platforms and food cost reporting tools
