What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, sales, and profitability
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong, motivated management team
- Drive restaurant performance by managing labor, food costs, and operational efficiency
- Build a positive, high-energy culture where employees enjoy coming to work
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through excellent food quality and service
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and brand expectations
- Identify and develop future leaders while creating opportunities for team growth
- Lead by example and stay actively involved in restaurant operations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recent Fast Food / Quick-Service Restaurant General Manager experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs, and improve restaurant performance
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor management, and food costs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-development skills
- Stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
