NOW HIRING: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Relocation Required
An acclaimed, chef-driven fine dining restaurant in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef with experience in a Michelin-starred, James Beard-recognized, or similarly distinguished restaurant.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional ready to help lead kitchen operations, develop talent, and maintain exceptional culinary standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of culinary leadership experience in upscale, fine dining, or chef-driven restaurants.
- Experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant, a James Beard-recognized establishment, or a comparable high-caliber culinary operation.
- Exceptional technical cooking skills and a commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and execute high-level service in a demanding environment.
- Knowledge of food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste management.
- A hands-on leader who values mentorship, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
