We are looking for a scrappy, highly engaged, hands-on General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a fast-casual background with some corporate and independent experience. Let's connect over this opportunity.
GM Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and leading the Team to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and grow the business.
- The Go-To individual on the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
- Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
- Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders
GM Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a restaurant leadership capacity with at least one year of GM experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Strong catering background and knowledge
GM Benefits:
- A base salary of $60-$65K plus company bonus
