Our organization is looking for an experienced Director of Facilities & Infrastructure to lead the maintenance, building operations, and long-term preservation of a complex, multi-use commercial property. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the big picture while still being comfortable troubleshooting building systems and working alongside the team.

Director of Facilities & Infrastructure Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of facilities maintenance or building operations management experience
- Hospitality, commercial property, institutional, or similar facilities experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems
- Experience maintaining older properties with complex infrastructure
- Experience managing preventive maintenance programs, vendors, contractors, and capital projects
- Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills
Director of Facilities & Infrastructure Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, building systems, grounds, and property improvements
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and long-term capital replacement plans
- Provide hands-on support with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues
- Manage renovation, construction, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Oversee facilities budgets, vendor contracts, bids, and outside contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop facilities personnel while promoting safety, accountability, and service
- Partner with senior leadership on capital planning, infrastructure needs, and operational priorities
