Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Casual Dining Restaurant

We’re working with an established restaurant operator in the Evans, GA area that is looking to add a strong Restaurant Manager to their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is looking to grow with a successful organization backed by strong systems, training, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Coach, develop, and mentor hourly employees to build a strong team culture
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards
• Assist with managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
• Ensure smooth and efficient shifts in a high-volume environment
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in high-volume casual dining preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost controls
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
