A growing hospitality brand is hiring an Operating Partner to run a high-volume café location in Greater Boston, balancing entrepreneurial ownership with corporate standards under a new long-term incentive model.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Leadership: Direct front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, maintain high service/food standards, and step in directly when needed.
- Financial Management: Oversee sales, labor, food costs, and overall P&L performance to drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
- Team & Culture: Recruit, coach, and retain staff, develop future management, and foster a positive work environment.
- Guest & Community Engagement: Deliver exceptional hospitality, build local brand presence, and drive repeat customer visits.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: Background managing high-volume restaurants, ideally with $4M+ in annual revenue.
- Skills: Strong P&L and financial acumen, hands-on leadership style, and proven team-building abilities.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive combined with the discipline to operate within brand guardrails.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $93,000 (fixed).
- Incentives: Performance-based profit sharing tied to pre-rent EBITA, with significant upside and year-over-year targets (no initial financial buy-in required).
- Contract: Renewable 5-year agreement.
