PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR – 2 OPENINGS
Laser Operator — 1st Shift
Laser Operator — 2nd Shift
PRECISION. CRAFTSMANSHIP. PERFORMANCE.
A fast-growing, fast-paced precision manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal, machining, and welding fabrication is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators for two separate openings.
The company serves diverse industries, including water infrastructure, roads and bridges, aerospace, and other demanding industrial applications, where precision, quality, and dependable production are critical.
AS9100/ISO and ITAR training is required prior to joining the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate Press Brake Equipment: Set up and operate press brake machinery with precision to fabricate high-quality components.
- Set Up & Troubleshoot: Perform machine setup, establish appropriate pressures, and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues.
- Work With Larger Components: Demonstrate experience handling larger sizes and working with mechanical press equipment.
- Maintain Quality: Produce accurate, consistent parts while maintaining high standards for precision and workmanship.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and contribute to operational excellence.
- Follow Safety Standards: Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow required manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Collaborate With the Team: Work effectively with production and other functional teams to meet quality, productivity, and delivery expectations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Press Brake Experience: Hands-on experience with press brake operation, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Capability: Experience setting pressures and troubleshooting mechanical press equipment, including larger-size applications.
- Precision & Quality: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues while minimizing downtime and maintaining production flow.
- Dependability: Reliable, safety-conscious, and accountable for the quality and productivity of your work.
- Team Orientation: Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Growth Mindset: Interest in developing technical skills and taking on increased responsibility over time.
- Required Training: AS9100/ISO and ITAR trained already.
