We’re looking for an experienced QSR General Manager who loves building great teams, improving operations, and creating an environment where both employees and guests want to come back.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–30 employees
- Recruit and build a fully staffed, high-performing restaurant
- Develop shift leaders and future managers
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs
- Improve speed of service and order accuracy
- Maintain strong food safety and operational standards
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition
What We’re Looking For
- Current or recent QSR management experience required
- General Manager experience strongly preferred
- Proven success hiring, developing, and retaining teams
- Strong tenure and career progression
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
