Ready to help shape the future of energy infrastructure? We're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the negotiation, execution, and administration of complex EPC, engineering services, and supply agreements for utility-scale renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects.
Key Highlights
- Manage EPC, Engineering Services, Master Supply, and Equipment Agreements
- Support utility-scale solar, battery storage, transmission, and other infrastructure projects
- Partner with legal, engineering, finance, development, and procurement teams
- Lead contract administration, change orders, claims, and risk management
- Coordinate transaction documents, due diligence, and financial close deliverables
- Improve contract processes, templates, and document controls
- Work directly with executive leadership in a high-growth infrastructure platform
We're Looking For
- 7+ years of contracts management experience in energy, power, or infrastructure
- Experience supporting EPC contractors, developers, or project finance transactions
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, risk allocation, and contract negotiations
- Background in law, paralegal, contract management, or transaction advisory preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or Master's preferred

Compensation/Benefits
Base range $110,000 – 140,000
