Executive Sous Chef | Coastal Dining Destination | Mount Pleasant, SC

Salary: $75,000 + $7K–$10K Bonus

We're partnering with one of Mount Pleasant's most established and popular waterfront dining destinations to find an Executive Sous Chef who is passionate about leading teams, executing exceptional food, and maintaining high culinary standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Executive Chef with all daily kitchen operations
• Lead, coach, and develop BOH managers and hourly team members
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining profitability
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
• Help drive a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
• Step in to lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
• High-volume restaurant experience ($5M+ preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Performance Bonus: $7,000–$10,000 annually
