Restaurant Manager – Niagara Falls, NY

Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or valid food handler permit
- Proven background in FOH leadership, hiring, and team training
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control
- Experience with inventory management and vendor relations
- Flexible schedule, including AM, PM, weekday, and weekend shifts; able to work approximately 45 hours per week
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in upscale independent or hotel restaurants
- Familiarity with Oracle, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth liquor knowledge, with emphasis on bourbon and wine service
- Comfortable supporting promotions and local marketing initiatives
- Experience overseeing both bar and dining operations
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service aligned with brand standards
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor service staff, fostering a high-performance, positive workplace culture
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns and maintaining strong review scores
- Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences
- Monitor and manage budgets, labor, inventory, and food safety compliance
- Support marketing efforts and foster relationships with community partners to drive traffic and awareness
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on operational and financial performance
