Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

What You'll Do

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts alongside the General Manager
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve concerns promptly
• Help manage labor, food costs, and overall operational performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service execution
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team engagement

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and lead by example
• Understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
