Leadership Development Program Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least one full-time work experience (internship or paid role)
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire for future business ownership
  • Track record of professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to commit to program timelines and performance milestones

Leadership Development Program Preferred Background & Skills

  • Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team-building abilities
  • Ability to articulate motivation for pursuing business ownership

Leadership Development Program Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational, hands-on training across all operational areas, including front-of-house, kitchen, inventory, food safety, labor management, and guest services
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to uphold outstanding hospitality and operational standards
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
  • Analyze operational metrics, profit and loss statements, and sales trends to support business growth
  • Support local marketing initiatives, community engagement, and relationship building
  • Progress through structured promotion milestones with regular feedback from mentors and leaders
  • Model professionalism and servant leadership while embodying the values of the organization
