Accounting Manager – Benefits & Compensation:

Accounting Manager – Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and USALI
- Manage general ledger activity and month-end close
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Support cash management and financial reporting
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements
- Lead and develop accounting team members
- Collaborate with operational leaders across departments
Accounting Manager – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5–10 years of hospitality accounting experience
- 3–5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting systems (Sage, Opera preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in an independent, non-corporate environment
