Merchandise Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Hard Goods retail environment
- Experience leading a team of 5+ direct reports
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
- Demonstrated Corporate experience working with other Departments
- Experience with both physical and digital merchandising
