Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to build a strong team culture, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Handle scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Drive sales and implement strategies to improve performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous restaurant management experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Preference for local candidates

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Holiday Bonus: Discretionary
  • Health, Vision, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance: Company-sponsored (valued at approximately $5,000 annually)
  • Cell Phone Reimbursement: $35/month
  • Paid Time Off (PTO):
    • 7 days after 6 months
    • 12 days after 18 months
    • Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas (PTO used for these days)
