Sous Chef (Upscale Dining)

Salary: $65,000–$70,000

We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join a high-volume, upscale dining concept. This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a polished, guest-focused environment and is looking to grow within a strong, team-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development and new dishes
Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
Maintain consistency in recipes, prep, and plate presentation
Uphold high standards for food quality, sanitation, and organization
Partner with management to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Prior Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
Background in upscale or fine dining preferred
Passion for food, creativity, and modern cooking techniques
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
Ability to perform and lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
