Our client has and opening in their Tysons Corner office for a Mid Level Commercial Litigator with 3 to 10 years of experience.

Assist with all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Hands-on drafting: dispositive motions, discovery motions, briefs.

Manage court filings.

Support case preparation for state and federal proceedings.

Direct client contact and responsibility for discrete workstreams.

Take and defend depositions with partner support.

Argue motions commensurate with experience.

Second-chair trial opportunities.

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.

Active Virginia State Bar license.

Three or more years of litigation experience preferred.

Experience preparing for federal and state court cases.

Experience drafting and managing pleadings, briefs, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Detail-oriented, good communicator with strong writing and organizational skills.
