Our client, a 750mm dollar IT Staffing & Solutions company, is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening IT consultants with a wide range of technology backgrounds and skill sets. The compensation for this role will consist of a competitive base salary and commission plan. This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week required in our client's Ft. Lauderdale office.

Technical Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

Min. 2 years IT recruiting experience in an IT staffing agency environment.
Highly earnings motivated
Must be willing to work in Ft. Lauderdale office 4x per week

Technical Recruiter Preferred Background & Skills:

Highly results-oriented
Experience recruiting for contract/consulting (temp) roles.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
