Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Benefits

Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons in clinic, surgery, and procedural settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and injuries
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient follow-ups
- Perform clinical procedures as appropriate to training and experience
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Spine Ortho Physician Assistant Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Arizona PA license (or in process) and NCCPA certification
- Bachelor's Degree, related field such as biology, chemistry or health sciences
- Spine/Orthopedic experience preferred
- Surgical Assist experience preferred
- 2+ years prior experience in pain management, orthopedics or neurosurgery
- BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred
- CME to maintain license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Practice in accordance with the state’s laws, rules and regulations.
